What does the Certideal guarantee cover?
The CertiDeal warranty is very similar to the manufacturer's warranty.
All issues unrelated to your usage are covered. Here's a list of the issues covered:

What is "Zen Pack"?
The Zen Pack contains a tempered glass and a protective case for your device.
The tempered glass, 3 mm thick, is placed directly on your device by our technicians.
The protective silicone case is flexible and transparent.
This pack protects the device in case of impact and limits breakage.

We have also a Premium version of the Zen Pack that includes a Premium Quality and Much Solid phone case.
Both options are offered during the purchase process and are often discounted for the satisfaction of the majority of our customers.

What are the delivery times?
The delivery time is shown on each product sheet. It is 3 or 8 working days depending on the product.
The time indicated corresponds to the maximum period for which we undertake to deliver your product at your home or a relay point. In the vast majority of cases, your product will be dispatched before this deadline.

What states will my battery be once I receive it?
All batteries are tested, verified and certified by CertiDeal experts.
We guarantee a minimum of 80% of original capacity on receipt, whatever the condition chosen. Batteries are consumables, which is why they are guaranteed for 3 months.
We offer an option of between 19€ and 29€, depending on the model, which guarantees that you will receive a new battery with a 12-month guarantee. This option is available at the time of purchase.

What are the warranty conditions?
We offer our customers a 24-month guarantee on all the products available on CertiDeal website. In the event of a breakdown, CertiDeal is your sole point of contact! Our premises are based in France. We take care of the diagnosis, repair or replacement of the appliance depending on the problem, as well as the cost of returning the appliance.
The guarantee covers all technical faults on the phone, apart from breakage and oxidation.

What are the verifications steps for my phone?
Every phone is being tested before sale. We have a test unit that certifies and attest the products, both technically and aesthetically.
Once the order has been made, the product is linked to your purchase and enters the logistics chain, where it is cleaned, packaged and shipped. During all these stages, the device is re-checked (both aesthetically and for basic functionality).
If an anomaly is detected during any of these stages, shipment of the device is blocked.
We have a guarantee stock that allows us to re-select a device that is 100% compliant with your initial order.

Which accessories are included with my phone? Are they original?
All our smartphones are sold with the appropriate accessory: a cable and a SIM card extractor. These products are brand new, fully compatible and comply with CE standards. In order to combat electronic waste, the earphones and wall plug are no longer supplied.
If you would like more accessories, CertiDeal allows you to purchase an extra wall socket, earphones, a shell and a tempered glass window, which our team will fit directly onto your smartphone before it is dispatched.

How do you test your products?
Certification is the core activity of CertiDeal.
After reception in our workshop, each mobile phone is individually tested by our experts on more than 30 control points: battery capacity, call quality, cameras, Bluetooth, microphone, connectivity etc.
Only devices that pass all the tests are validated by our technicians and are available for sale on our website. Buying a product on Certideal is therefore to be sure that it will be 100% functional.
In addition, before shipping the phone goes through a final phase of testing to certify that the product is in perfect condition for shipment.

How to find out that the battery has been changed
f you want to check that the battery replacement (Premium Pack) has been done, it is very simple:
If you ordered a model lower than iPhone 8:
Go to Settings=> Battery=> Battery status: the battery will display a status of 100 or 99%.
If you ordered a model equal to or greater than iPhone X:
You have iOS 13 or lower: go to Settings=> Battery=> Battery status: the battery will display a status of 100 or 99%.
You have iOS 14 or higher and a model greater than or equal to iPhone X:
Unfortunately Apple has disabled the battery status
