  • Do I need to buy a phone on CertiDeal to sell my old device?

  • How to receive payment for the buyback of my device?

    To process the payment for the buyback of your phone, you need to provide two supporting documents:

    • An IBAN (bank account number)
    • A valid identification in the name of your CertiDeal customer account

    You can upload these documents from your client space on CertiDeal, in the "Banking Information" section:

    Attention! To ensure your documents are accepted, the photos must be clear, in color, and show the complete documents.
