How to correctly indicate the condition of my device in the buyback form?
To sell your smartphone to us, you need to complete the buyback form available on the following page: Resell
This form contains four questions related to the storage capacity and condition of your phone.
- What is its storage capacity?
To find out your phone's storage capacity, go to "Settings" → "General" → "About". The available storage capacities on a phone are as follows: 32 GB; 64 GB; 128 GB; 256 GB; 512 GB.
- What is the condition of the screen?
There are three different conditions for your phone's screen:
- If your phone's screen has no scratches or defects, it is in "Perfect condition".
- If some scratches are visible during use or from less than 20 centimeters away, your phone's screen is in "Normal wear".
- If scratches or impacts are easily visible on your phone, you should indicate that the screen is in "Pronounced wear". If the screen is broken or has display issues, it is also in "Pronounced wear".
- What is the condition of the casing of your device?
There are three different conditions for your device's casing:
- If your device's casing has no scratches or defects, it is in "Perfect condition".
- If some scratches are visible during use or from less than 20 centimeters away, the casing of your device is in "Normal wear".
- If scratches or impacts are easily visible on your device, you should indicate that the casing is in "Pronounced wear". If the casing is broken, it is also in "Pronounced wear".
- Is your smartphone functional?
- If your device works perfectly, you should answer "Yes".
- If your phone has one or more faults, you should answer "No".
