Battery related questions

Our commitments

For all our smartphones (without the New Battery Pack):

  • We guarantee a minimum of 80% of its capacity, regardless of the aesthetic state chosen.
  • A 3 months warranty on the battery. Beyond this, it is considered that as it is a consumable good, its life will depend on its use.

If you have opted for the New Battery Pack:

  • A new battery at 100% of its capacity.
  • A 12-month warranty on the battery.

Do you want to check the battery status?

If you have ordered a model lower than iPhone 8:

Go to Settings=> Battery=> Battery status: the battery will show a status of 100 or 99%.

If you ordered a model equal to or greater than iPhone X :

You have iOS 13 or lower: go to Settings=> Battery=> Battery status: the battery will show a status of 100 or 99%.

You have iOS 14 or higher and a model greater than or equal to iPhone X :

Unfortunately Apple has disabled the battery status screen if the battery has been changed outside the Apple Store (which is the case for your phone). You will therefore see a message showing "repair" and then a message explaining that the iPhone can not give the battery health because the battery was changed outside the Apple Store. No problem, you will be able to check the battery health in other ways.

There is plenty of software available to check the battery level. We recommend the 3utool software, available on Mac and PC at the following link "https://www.3u.com/". Itunes must be installed on your computer in advance

Before initiating a return procedure

Do you feel that your mobile smartphone is discharging too fast? On all iPhones, the battery, regardless of the range, generally discharges in less than 8 h. We never had a model that exceeded this time with normal daily use.

Have you enabled / disabled all the parameters that can use or optimize the battery?

Indeed, when you buy a new model, many default settings use it.

Here are some examples of optimization:

In Settings, General, Accessibility: "Reduce motion" and enable.

  • In Settings, at the bottom, Minimize the "background refresh" of your applications (in the settings of each application).
  • In Settings, Privacy, Location Service, disable it or, in the worst case, disable "When using the app" (in each app) that does not require a location for use.
  • Settings, Battery, enable "low power" mode.

We hope we have solved the problem :) If this is not the case and your battery is still within the warranty period, we will open a return procedure.
