My smartphone doesn’t turn on
Before starting the return procedure, follow these three steps:
- Check if the problem is not coming from the charger. Try charging your smartphone with another charger.
- Check that there is no dust on the charging connector that prevents contact with the charger. We invite you to watch this video.
- Do a forced reboot of the device.
In fact, the screen can stay locked or black without a real hardware problem. A forced reboot does not mean that you lose the contents of the device. You can force restart the device even if the screen is black or the buttons are unresponsive.
Follow these steps:
- iPad models that do not have a home button: quickly press and release the volume up button. Quickly press and release the volume down button. Then press and hold the power button until the device restarts.
- On iPhone 8 or later models: Quickly press and release the volume up button. Quickly press and release the volume down button. Finally, press and hold the side button until the Apple logo appears.
- iPhone 7, iPhone 7 Plus and iPod touch (7th generation): Press and hold the top (or side) button and the volume down button until you see the Apple logo.
- iPad with home button, iPhone 6s or earlier models, and iPod touch (6th generation) or earlier models: press and hold the home button and the top (or side) button until you see the Apple logo.
We hope these steps solve your problem. If not, we will open a return procedure for your order.
