What is the "New Battery Pack"?

The New Battery Pack allows you to receive a device with a new battery installed by our technicians, guaranteed for 12 months.

This pack is offered at the time of purchase of your device. To date, we are the only ones in Europe who can offer you this option.

The battery is changed specifically for you in our workshops just before shipment. This may delay the delivery slightly by 24 hours.

If you want to check that the battery change has been carried out, it is very simple:

If you have ordered a model lower than iPhone 8:

Go to Settings=> Battery=> Battery status: the battery will show a status of 100 or 99%.

If you ordered a model equal to or greater than iPhone X :

You have iOS 13 or lower: Go to Settings=> Battery=> Battery status: the battery will show a status of 100 or 99%.

You have iOS 14 and a model older than or equal to the iPhone X :

Unfortunately Apple has disabled the battery health screen if the battery has been changed outside the Apple Store (which is the case for your phone). You will therefore see a message showing "repair" and then a message explaining that the iPhone cannot give the battery health because the battery was changed outside the Apple Store. No problem, you can check the battery health in other ways.

There is plenty of software available to check the battery level. We recommend the 3utool software, available on Mac and PC at the following link "http://www.3u.com". Itunes must be installed on your computer beforehand.

The cost of the Premium Pack will depend on the model you buy:

For €19.90 you can have your new battery on models below iPhone X, our experts will replace your certified battery with a new one (yes new!).

For €29 more, you can have your new battery on models equal to or higher than the iPhone X.
