What are the differences between the aesthetic grades?

All CertiDeal mobiles, regardless of their condition, are certified 100% functional. Similarly, our warranty applies under the same conditions and for the same duration to all products regardless of category. The differences between the states are on the aesthetic level: scratches on the cover or on the screen.

All of our smartphones come with a new charging cable and a SIM card puller.

Like new: Screen: As new. Housing: Invisible surface micro scratches at 20cm. Tested and guaranteed for 3 years, unlocked and in a 100% functional technical condition. 

Very good: Screen: Excellent condition. Casing: Micro surface scratches often invisible at 20cm. Tested and guaranteed 3 years, unlocked and in 100% functional technical condition.

Fair: Screen: Micro scratches visible at 20cm and invisible when the screen is on. Casing: Scratches or impacts visible at 20cm. Tested and guaranteed 3 years, unlocked and in 100% functional technical condition.
