Satisfied or reimbursed - 21 days right of withdrawal without any problems

CertiDeal extends the legal withdrawal period from 14 to 21 days, so that you have time to test the product and be sure that you have made the right choice.

The 21-day trial period will start from the moment you take possession of the product (the delivery receipt of the express courier service selected at the time of purchase will be the proof).

It will not be necessary to explain the reasons for your decision although, in order to improve, we would always appreciate knowing the reason that has led you to request the withdrawal of the purchase. A formality that will not have any repercussions on the refund process.

After your request, CertiDeal will send you the return instructions for sending the product and an explanation of the procedure for returning the device. You must return the entire order in its original condition within 14 calendar days.

Once we receive the device at our premises, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 working days.

The full amount of the order will be refunded, as well as the shipping costs and additional options if present in the order (extended warranty, Premium Pack, Zen Pack, etc.).

Of course, if you wish to request an exchange or a diagnosis, or if you believe that the product you have received is not in conformity, you can claim the 2-year warranty. The device will then be repaired or replaced as appropriate :).
